Uploading Videos

If you need to provide video evidence for support requests, follow these steps to upload your video.


Steps to Upload

  1. For standard-sized videos, go to https://streamable.com/ and click the Upload button.
  2. Select the video file from your device. Supported formats include MP4, MOV, and AVI.
  3. Wait for the video to finish uploading.
  4. Once uploaded, copy the video link provided by Streamable.
  5. Paste the link in your support ticket or message to our team.

Note: If your video is too large for Streamable, upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video and share the link in your ticket.

  • Ensure your video clearly shows the issue.
  • Record your screen or device in a stable, readable quality.
  • Videos help our support team diagnose problems faster and provide accurate solutions.

Important Notes

  • Only upload relevant videos related to your issue.
  • Do not include personal or sensitive information in the video.
