Lifetime Key Purchase

Lifetime keys are available only for products that explicitly offer a lifetime option.

If a product does not list a lifetime variant, it cannot be sold as lifetime.


Eligibility & Policy

  • Only products with a Lifetime option are eligible.

  • Products without a lifetime option are not eligible for lifetime purchase or conversion.


Before You Open a Ticket

  • Deposit the full lifetime amount into your on-site balance (wallet).

  • Make sure you are using the correct website account (the one that holds the balance).


How to Buy a Lifetime Key

  1. Top Up Balance

    Deposit the lifetime price for the product into your website balance.

  2. Open a Support Ticket

    Title: Lifetime Key Request — [Product Name]

    Include:

    • Product name (lifetime)

    • A note that your balance is loaded and ready

    • (Optional) Payment proof or transaction ID to speed up verification

  3. Admin Adds Stock

    After verifying your balance, our admins will add stock for the product’s lifetime key.

  4. Complete the Purchase

    • Complete the purchase on the product page once you see it in stock.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t see lifetime stock after ticket approval: Refresh the product page, log out/in, or clear cache.

  • Balance is short: Top up the difference and reply in the same ticket.

  • Deposited to the wrong account: We can only deliver to the account holding the balance.

  • Product has no lifetime option: The request cannot be processed; choose another product that offers lifetime.
