Reporting Blue Screen Issues
If you experience a blue screen while using any of our products, follow these steps to report it properly.
Step 1: Analyze & Report BSOD
You have two options to provide evidence to the support team:
Option A – Direct Dump + Screenshot:
- Collect the dump file generated by Windows (usually in
C:\Windows\Minidump\). - Take a screenshot of the blue screen error.
- Submit both the dump file and screenshot in your support ticket.
Option B – Video Recording:
- Record the blue screen using your phone. Make sure the error is clearly visible.
- Go to https://streamable.com/ to upload the video.
- Submit the video link in your support ticket.
Step 2: Analyze Crash with BlueScreenView
- Download BlueScreenView:

- Identify problematic drivers or files causing the crash.
- Update or reinstall the problematic drivers.
- Check for Windows updates and install any pending updates.
- Scan system files for corruption:
sfc /scannow
- If issues persist, check RAM, overheating, or software conflicts.
