HWID Reset / Mismatch

If your cheat software fails to run due to hardware ID (HWID) issues, such as a HWID mismatch, you may need a HWID reset. This guide explains what HWID issues are and how to safely resolve them.

What is HWID and HWID Mismatch?

  • HWID (Hardware ID) is a unique identifier generated from your computer's hardware components.
  • A HWID mismatch occurs when the HWID registered to your cheat license does not match the HWID of your current system.
  • Causes of mismatch:
    • Changed hardware components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, etc.).
    • Reinstalled or upgraded your operating system.
    • Attempted to use the license on multiple systems.
    • Anti-cheat or system updates that modified your HWID.

How to Request a HWID Reset

  1. Do Not Panic: HWID issues are common and can be fixed.
  2. Check Your Account: Ensure you are using the same account that owns the license.
  3. Open a Support Ticket:
    • Provide your username and license key.
    • Explain why the HWID reset is needed (hardware change, OS reinstall, etc.).
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review and process your request. Avoid sending multiple requests.
  5. Reinstall the Cheat (if necessary): After the reset, reinstall the software to register your new HWID.

Important Notes

  • HWID resets are only provided for legitimate reasons. Abuse or repeated requests may result in a temporary or permanent ban.
  • Using a license on multiple systems without permission can trigger a mismatch and lead to account suspension.
  • If your cheat was obtained from another provider or shared illegally, HWID resets will not be granted.
  • Make sure your system is secure and free from malware or software that may affect your HWID.

By following these steps, you can safely reset your HWID, resolve mismatches, and regain access to your licensed cheat software.
