- Frozen/Updating Status: When products are frozen during updates (status shows "Updating", "Frozen", or "Product Frozen"), time is automatically paused to prevent your license from expiring.
- Undetected Status: When products become "Undetected" after updates are complete, automatic time compensation is applied to restore any time lost during the update period.
- This automatic compensation ensures you don't lose time due to necessary developer updates and maintenance.
Cheat-Related Issues
- If a product malfunctions due to a cheat-related issue and automatic time compensation was not applied, you can request manual compensation.
- Compensation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
- Make sure to provide proof, such as video recordings or logs, when requesting compensation.
- This applies to situations where the automatic compensation system failed to restore your time properly.
User-Related Issues
- If the issue is caused by user error (incorrect setup, misuse, or external software conflicts), we cannot provide compensation.
- Users are responsible for following instructions carefully and maintaining proper system setups.
How to Request Compensation
- Open a support ticket on our website.
- Clearly explain the issue and indicate that you are requesting time compensation.
- Attach relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, videos, logs).
- Wait for an admin to review your request and respond.
