Time Compensation

Our goal is to provide fair support for our users. Here’s how time compensation works:


Automatic Time Compensation

  • Frozen/Updating Status: When products are frozen during updates (status shows "Updating", "Frozen", or "Product Frozen"), time is automatically paused to prevent your license from expiring.
  • Undetected Status: When products become "Undetected" after updates are complete, automatic time compensation is applied to restore any time lost during the update period.
  • This automatic compensation ensures you don't lose time due to necessary developer updates and maintenance.
  • If a product malfunctions due to a cheat-related issue and automatic time compensation was not applied, you can request manual compensation.
  • Compensation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
  • Make sure to provide proof, such as video recordings or logs, when requesting compensation.
  • This applies to situations where the automatic compensation system failed to restore your time properly.
  • If the issue is caused by user error (incorrect setup, misuse, or external software conflicts), we cannot provide compensation.
  • Users are responsible for following instructions carefully and maintaining proper system setups.

How to Request Compensation

  1. Open a support ticket on our website.
  2. Clearly explain the issue and indicate that you are requesting time compensation.
  3. Attach relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, videos, logs).
  4. Wait for an admin to review your request and respond.

Important Notes

  • Not all issues are eligible for time compensation.
  • Decisions are at the discretion of the support team.
  • Always provide detailed and accurate information to increase your chance of approval.
