First Time Usage

If you're using the loader for the first time, it might reboot your PC once. Open the loader again after reboot and continue.

Launch Steps

  1. Run the loader as Administrator.
  2. Paste your copied license key by pressing Right Mouse Button in the loader and press Enter.
  3. The loader has an in-built Cleaner. It will ask if you need it on every launch. Use it only after getting banned.
  4. Launch the game once CMD is closed.

Common Errors and Fixes

AES Instruction Set Not Supported

  • Find the AES support function in your BIOS and enable it.

VMX/SVM Not Supported

  1. Navigate to: Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows Features on or off.
  2. Disable Virtual Machine Platform and Hypervisor Platform.
  3. If the error persists, open CMD and run:
    bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
  4. Reboot your PC and try again.

Please Enable Intel VT-X in BIOS!

  • Enable Intel VT-X in the BIOS settings.

Please Enable AMD-V (SVM) in BIOS!

  • Enable AMD SVM in the BIOS settings.

Failed to Load Dependencies

  • Turn off/delete anti-virus or FaceIT/Vanguard anti-cheat.
  • Restart your PC and try again.

Incompatible HWID

  • HWID check error. Request HWID reset in our Discord server or Telegram channel.

Unsupported Nvidia Driver Version

  • Update NVIDIA drivers using GeForce Experience or NVIDIA App.

Failed to Download Font (-5)

  1. Manual download: ArialUnicodeMS.ttf
  2. Place it in C:\Windows\Fonts

Failed to Load Dependencies (1)(-5)

  1. Download and run the .reg file.
  2. Reboot your PC.
  3. Try launching the product again.

Loader Crashing in 1-3 Seconds

  • Download and install the required Visual C++ Redistributable: [Download Link]((/common-problems/vcredist-setup)

Failed to Spoof Hardware Identifier (0x4)

  1. Reboot your PC and try again.
  2. If the issue persists, another software may already be spoofing hardware identifiers. Identify and disable it.

Incorrect HWID

  1. Open CMD as Administrator.
  2. Run the following commands one by one:
    wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber
    wmic baseboard get SerialNumber
  3. If any command fails, your system may be misconfigured. Try reinstalling Windows.

Failed to Allocate Memory

  • Ensure your system has at least 16GB RAM.
  • Disable all startup programs and reboot your PC.
  • Ensure the loader is stored on your PC and not on cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive, Mega.nz).

VMX is Not Supported

Fix:

  1. Run CMD as Administrator.
  2. Enter the following command:
  bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
  1. Reboot your PC.
  2. Try running the loader again.

ERROR: Failed to Map Memory(0)

Fix:

  1. Download Autoruns from:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
  2. Run Autoruns and disable all unnecessary startup items.
  3. Restart your PC and try running the loader again.

"Unsupported Firmware" Error

Fix: (Convert MBR to GPT)
Step 1: Check Disk Type

  1. Open Disk Management (search in Start menu).
  2. Right-click Disk 0PropertiesVolumes tab.
  3. If Partition style says MBR, continue.

Step 2: Restart into Recovery Mode

  1. Hold Shift and click Restart from the Start menu.
  2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.

Step 3: Convert MBR to GPT

  1. In Command Prompt, type:
mbr2gpt /validate /disk:0 /allowFullOS
  1. If no errors, type:
mbr2gpt /convert /disk:0 /allowFullOS

Step 4: Switch BIOS to UEFI

  1. Restart and enter BIOS (Del, F2, F10, or Esc).
  2. Change Boot Mode / CSM from Legacy to UEFI.
  3. Save and exit.

Done! Disk is now GPT and system boots in UEFI. Error resolved.
